Reporting a Damage Claim

If your dock sustains damage from a guest, several steps must be taken to file a claim. 

All damage reports must be submitted to Dockshare within 14 days after the guest’s check-out date.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name and email address associated with your Dockshare account
  • Booking ID# or name of the guest that caused the damage
  • Photos taken before and after the damage occurred
  • Date damage occurred
  • Copy of cost estimate for repairs*
 
This information must be submitted within 14 days after the guest’s check-out date.
 

*If you are unable to get a cost estimate for repairs within 14 days, please submit all of the other required information and notify Dockshare that there will be a delay in getting the cost estimate.
